Some people call it pulled pork. We are not those people. (But it’s the same thing). Pork shoulder smoked over cherry wood, chopped by hand, and mixed with our BBQ sauce. Approximately 3 servings to the lb. Makes great sandwiches. Available hot and ready to eat, or cold with heating instructions for you to warm and serve later on.
